Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Avinam is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

Delivered but Not Received Packages
If tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
