Free Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping on all eligible returns within the United States.

After your return request is approved, our support team will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label when applicable.

No Restocking Fees

Avinam does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–8 business days. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

We gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

At this time, we do not classify any products as final sale. All eligible items may be returned within the 30-day return window.

However, items returned in unsuitable condition may be refused or returned to the customer.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.
